Kansas Bioscience Authority Makes $600,000 Equity Investment in Novita Therapeutics
Olathe, Kan., September 15, 2011 – Novita Therapeutics, LLC (Novita) announced today that the Kansas Bioscience Authority (KBA) has made a $600,000 equity investment in Novita.
"During the past year we have made tremendous progress and are rapidly advancing the development of our first product," said F. Nicholas Franano, M.D., President and CEO of Novita. "This financing will allow us to continue to move forward without interruption."
